Nozzle cover and mold adjustments
- codpiece for the nozzle; - shortened molds for single component silicone, namely Abro "The Gasket Maker" Red ("abro" flag in stuff.scad). Signed-off-by: Ivan Kokshaysky <ink@rc.ru>
