Jumbo API documentation update
and some API fixed
ColorDialog is now OColorDialog!!! keep the namespace tidy!
ColorPopupMenu is now OColorPopupMenu!!! keep the namespace tidy
ColorDialog TT couldn't break bc we can so make it const QColor&
OTimePicker add some convience methods
