Supply default values
set labels to richtext this way we achieve word wrap
IO_Layer added a closed(IOLayer*) signal
ProfileEditorDialog make Horizontal scrolling on the QScrollView
possible. Once the Vertical Scrollbar is there the Modem dialog
does not have enough space

Kindly called from Germany to Switzerland
via rfcomm( affix) + Nokia6210 + Vodafone...
But now it's working
might be a hangup problem somewhere

ARE BUGS
- change modem default commands because we don't interpret ~ and friends
(minicom does AFAIK)
- disable unused AT settings for now
- when cancelling dialing, and we didn't yet get a single byte from the modem,
don't hangup
The higher the value (currently 100) is, the faster the modem dials, but lower
values guarantee a smoother UI.
- let transfer dialog use widgetStack()
It works now correctly for me :)
But a few details must be changed (i.e. no hardcoded values)
- still todo: communication after dialing number, and error checks
doh!)
- try to use key/value pairs for dialing where currently possible (init string
and dial sequence)
- when editing telephone number, try to read in, including special chars
stripping (-, /, whitespace) using QRegExp
- implement sending data (currently written to stdout for debug purpose)
- command order as used in kppp's connect.cpp
- this is not yet used in opie-console; to do so, the modem-specific profile
part (AT commands [atconfigdialog.cpp] and dial options [dialdialog.cpp])
should be used
