OSearch: Settings
Settings in OSearch will affect only future searches,
the current searches will not be repeated.

Search
Case sensitive
Should the searches be case sensitive.
Wildcards
Makes it convenient to match filenames instead of plain text.
For example, "qr*.cpp" matches the string "qregexp.cpp" in wildcard
mode, but not "qicpp" (which would be matched in normal mode).

Search content
Searches the content of text files too.
Todo
Show completed task
Should task which are allready compelted be hidden.
Calendar
Show past events
Should datebook entries that were past be hidden.
Search in dates
Should the start and end date be searched too.
