Add XML datebookresource
-clean up todoaccessxml header
-implement some more stuff in the oeven tester
-extend DefaultFactory to not crash and to use datebook
-reading of OEvents is working nicely.. saving will be added
tomorrow
-fix spelling in ODateBookAcces
