Add common web files for our API docu
Add the Doxyfiles for library, libopie, libopie/pim, qt
Add a script to generate our API docs
You need to set OPIEDIR and QTDIR
./generate_apidox and you'll find your APIDOCS inside $OPIEDIR/apidocs
have fun
